Romaine Lettuce leaves
Chopped Walnuts
Soy Sauce/Braggs Aminos
Cumin spice
Avacado (pitted & mashed)
Tomatoes chopped
Olives chopped
Cashews (soaked) whipped to make cream for topping (Vitamix or good quality blender)
Mix the nuts, Braggs & cumin in food processor.
Line lettuce leaves with avacado
Sprinkle nut mixture
Top with tomatoes & olives & cashew cream
